Matjaž Murko
MennYacht Group President
Chief Executive of MennYacht Europe since 1994. He joined the Yachting industry representing a small Italian shipyard building high performance yachts with Arneson surface drives that became world wide known today as Pershing Yachts. He understood the potential of this Brand who soon became also part of the Ferretti Group from the very beginning. His long life passion for the Sea and Yachting started as a kid when he moved with his parents to Portoroz, the Slovenian Adriatic coast where he started sailing and windsurfing.
Under Matjaz guidance, MennYacht Group has developed from a „one man band“ into a multi-service Company, representing the Yacht Brands of the FERRETTI GROUP, thru multiple offices in several Central – East European countries and along the Adriatic Sea and gained the reputation as one of the leading yacht dealers in Europe.
He has always believed that dealership is not just about selling but also after sales and customer support. The multiple Award winning MennYacht After Sales department is today one of The Best that Ferretti Group can rely on. Long term relationships build with the shipyards, brokers and other marine industry professionals worldwide, have given him the ability to offer the most suitable and high quality Yachts to his clientele. Matjaz is the founding member of Adriatic Yachting Association-AYA, where he acts as Vice President and country director for Trident Yacht Alliance, a brokerage house partnership of three European most successful Ferretti Group dealers. When he is not traveling between the offices and shipyards he likes to spend his time playing Piano and singing for his friends and clients.
Janko Matušić

Janko fell in love with the sea and yachting while sailing with his parents as a child.
During his studies at the Faculty of Maritime, he helped within his family business – boat storage, service, maintenance, and yacht road transport. During these years, he kept busy working as a skipper on several boats and yachts.
He joined the yachting industry at the age of 20 as a sales broker representing Sessa Marine and Fratelli Aprea in Croatia.
Janko considered himself extremely fortunate to have joined MennYacht back in 2003 and garnered wealth of experience in the yachting industry managing the MennYacht Group sales network and running the Croatian market.
Miha Dolinar
HEAD OF SALES
Miha is the regional sales manager of MennYacht Group, who actively supports the development of strategic markets, with a finely tuned attention to details.
His family’s history in boat and sport equipment manufacturing industry has sparked the passion for the sea form an early age.
Miha joined the MennYacht Group’s team in 2007 and has since been a hard working all-rounder with working experience from all departments of MennYacht Group’s operations ranging from new yacht construction following, yacht maintenance and refit planning and oversight, legal and back-office, insurance and registration, marketing and event organization to crew recruiting and placement.
With a proven track record, both in sales of new and used yachts, wide network of contacts, close relationships and in-depth knowledge of the market and nautical industry related specifics, Miha continues to deliver results to MennYacht’s clients.

Thomas joined MennYacht Group in 2017. A keen sailor since his childhood on the wast lakes in Hungary he always stayed close to his passion. In 2003 he started his own electric boat project, including design, production and sales. He became a part of the MennYacht Sales team in 2005. Having a Yacht Master license, makes him competent to command yachts up to 100 GT. As a part time journalist he also publishes articles in maritime magazines and contributed that the Ferretti Group brands became introduced and recognised also in the Hungarian market.
Nevio Sokolić
CEO YACHTING PIVATUS (AUTHORISED MennYacht AGENT)
As a scholar of the Maritime High School in Lošinj, Nevios life was always connected with the nautical culture.
As a young Officer he sailed on merchant ships all over the world which brought him to finish his education as a qualified unlimited Master Mariner – Captain. As such he sailed also on board a 30 m Benetti Yacht.
In 1993 he founded the company Yachting Pivatus as a co-partner that later became the official dealer of Ferretti Yachts in Croatia. After many successful years of cooperation they joined to become the authorised regional dealer for MennYacht Group.
Together with integrity, honesty and profound yachting knowledge, Nevio is highly regarded by clients and industry colleagues alike
Domagoj Tabak
HEAD OF SALES YACHTING PIVATUS (AUTHORISED MennYacht AGENT)
A graduate from the Faculty of Law University in his hometown Split and part of the Kiriacoulis charter base in Split where he became also Manager, Domagoj or if we call him after his nickname “Doma” was always an important asset in the Nautical industry. He started right after graduation and he focused closer on after sales services where he learned the importance of creating a worry-free environment for his clients. Now he is mostly active in the sales department with an admirable sales number for yachts also to 47 m in length.
Miodrag Prodanović
SALES CONSULTANT
Regional Manager of MennYacht Serbia and Montenegro operations. He is involved in Sales & Charter & After Sales running the MennYacht Office in Porto Montenegro. His yachting career began 26 years ago as a journalist of a Nautical Magazine. Prior to joining MennYacht in 2017 he spend several years as a sales broker for SeaRay and Princess Yachts. He sailed the Mediterranean, Greece and Adriatic Sea as a skipper holding a professional yacht license.
A highly respected professional, Miodrag delivers a personalized service, focusing on achieving results that are wholly client- based.
Predrag Gluvić
SALES CONSULTANT
With 20 years of experience in yacht sales and charter, Predrag is a seasoned broker in the Adriatic region. He brings deep market insight, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering tailored solutions to high-end clients. He has represented top brands including Pardo, Princess, Sacs, Absolute Yachts, Aicon, and Inovazioni & Progetti. Predrag is skilled in yacht sales, charter management, marketing, and client service, and is proficient in contract drafting and business development.
He holds a Yacht Skipper license (up to 100GT) from Maritime School Belgrade, and completed Business and Commerce studies in Osijek, as well as a Transport & Traffic High School education.
His core skills include yacht and boat skippering, sales and maintenance expertise, marine navigation on both sea and river, diving and water sports, contract negotiation, and driving all categories of motor vehicles.
Primož Krečič

Primož joined Mennyacht in 2010 as parts of the service team.
He is taking care of all the warranty works, spare parts purchasing and service.

With more than 25 years in the yachting industry, Tomasz brings a rare combination of technical expertise and sales leadership. He began his career as an engineer on commercial vessels (1990–1998), later becoming a technician for the Azimut dealer across Cyprus, Lebanon, and Greece (1999–2008).
From 2009 to 2024, Tomasz served as After-Sales Manager and Sales Director for the Princess Yachts dealer in Cyprus, building a reputation for reliability, deep product knowledge, and exceptional client service. Since 2015, he has also been involved in the Princess dealership in Poland.
His strengths include yacht sales, technical consulting, after-sales support, client advisory, and hands-on experience with both Azimut and Princess models.
Tomasz now leads sales at MennYacht GG Poland, bringing professionalism, trust, and decades of expertise to our clients.
Michał Jaworski
Product Specialist MennYacht GG Poland
Michał brings a strong technical and sales background to MennYacht GG Poland, shaped by nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the marine industry. He has worked across naval design, CNC engineering, service management, and premium motorboat sales, giving him a complete understanding of modern boat ownership.
At MARINERO, he played key roles in launching authorized Suzuki and Mercury service points, managing a fleet of over 50 yachts annually, and selling leading brands such as Nordkapp, XO, Jeanneau, Sting, Aquador, and Flipper across the Polish and European markets. He also developed online sales channels and supported the company’s presence at major boat shows.
Michał holds certifications as a Motorboat Skipper and Inland Sail Skipper, supported by studies in Ocean Engineering and Ship Technology at Gdańsk University of Technology.
He now strengthens the MennYacht GG Poland team with technical precision, strong client service, and a passion for delivering high-quality boating solutions.
Sebastjan Dujmović

Growing up on the Croatian coast, it was only natural Sebastijan developed a passion for yachting. He is very active as a yacht broker and having joined MennYacht Group in 2018 he is also heading our new Office in Rovinj ACI Marina.
Constantin Croy
Sales consultant
Involved in the yachting business for many years, his international Experience throughout his working life consist of different business fields such as real estate and the building industries. Constantin lives in between Kitzbühl, Vienna and Vrsar. He consults MennYacht clients internationally.

Vedran Vukušić

Based in Munich, Vedran is a broker for the German clients sailing in Croatia. After completing a Master‘s degree Business Management in Tourism, University of Rijeka in Croatia, he went to work for a Germany company in Munich, as a sales manager for HAVC.
After being introduced to the world of yachting in 2016, he decides to curve out his career in this industry and join the MennYacht Sales team.
Fluent in Croatian language, German and English but he will manage also some Italian if you allow him to use his hand gestures.
He is very dedicated to the industry and strongly advocates the continuous developments of the region.

Rezart is a motivated yacht sales agent at MennYacht in Tirana, Albania, with prior experience in the automotive sector. He has successfully worked with the renowned brand Mercedes, showcasing his expertise in sales and client management. Rezart’s strong background in both luxury automobiles and yachts allows him to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.

Eva joined MennYacht in 2008 as a student-marketing assistant and quickly fell in love with the world of yachting. With her organization skills and experience, she makes every MennYacht event and boat show unforgettable.
She loves outdoor sports especially kiteboarding and wakeboarding.She is also the best cake baker in the company.
Cassandra Konjc Potočnik
Charter assistant
With over eight years of experience in the tourism and hospitality sector, she has worked across various areas of hotel operations, developing strong expertise in guest relations, service standards, and international client interaction. She speaks Slovene, English, German, Italian, and Croatian, allowing her to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.
She enjoys working with people and is naturally goal-oriented, driven by a passion for solving challenges and ensuring clients leave with a smile.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with her family, and practicing pilates. Her love for the summer and the sea gives her additional motivation in her role at MennYacht.
Gregor Zrinski

Gregor joined MennYacht in 2021. After a degree in administration sciences and a career in the leasing and in the banking sector, he joined MennYacht as a sales assistant. He contributes to a good atmosphere, to positive innovations and joint solution of challenges in the company. Being a very sociable person, he is a salesperson at heart. His favourite hobby is cooking, so he enjoys spoiling family and friends in the kitchen.
Petra Babić Kelentrić
SALES ASSISTANT
Petra joined MennYacht in 2019. Following the Master’s degree in diplomacy and International Relations, internship in the European Parliament and a Master of Business Administration diploma, Petra acquires her first working experience in international transport, working as business negotiator and budget planning advisor.
As she comes from a family of seafarers sea lovers, she redirects her career to sea transport operations, to finally join Mennyacht, where she fully finds herself, and the desired way to develop her career.
Seeing her international mobility since the high school years, Petra is fluent in English and Italian – languages for which she is our permanent translator, French and Spanish.
Jasmina Radečić

Jasmina joined the Mennyacht team in 2012.
Self-motivated and with many years of experience she is always seeking to deliver bookkeeping excellence. With new challenges in the nautical business, Jasmina improved her skills and learned new languages, perfected her knowledge regarding laws and new procedures.
In addition to being a communicative, reliable and responsible person, she enjoys working with people and colleagues and always has a desire to learn, improve and progress.She is also a devoted mother of two children, enjoying nature, the sea and cooking delicacies for her friends and loved ones.
Kristina Bukvić Trobec

Kristina Bukvić Trobec brings energy and expertise to our Yacht Management and Office Operations team in the new Sukošan–Zadar office. With a degree in Italian and Sociology, and certifications in accounting and tourism management, she has over a decade of experience in yacht finance, office management, and client support. Kristina works closely with Captains and owners, handling budgets, reports, and onboard expenses with precision. An experienced Voly user, she’s known for her strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Tomaž Fakin

Born into a seafarer’s family, Tomaž developed a profound affinity for boating from an early age, spending countless hours aboard ships. After completing maritime school, he ventured into boat building, gaining invaluable insights into yacht design and production. His professional journey then led him to spend a decade with an Azimut yachts dealer, primarily serving as an after-sales manager while also undertaking roles in sales, service, and procurement earlier on. In 2011, seeking new horizons, he transitioned into a career as a licensed insurance broker specializing in marine insurance, where he spent 12 years expanding his maritime knowledge. Outside of work, Tomaž remains committed to his family and passion for boating, cherishing every moment he can spend on the water despite a demanding schedule.
Dean Šimić

Dean is a dynamic professional with a successful track record in the yachting industry, specializing in regional aftersales and warranty management for the prestigious Ferretti Group fleet in Croatia. With a solid foundation in the hotel industry and marketing, Dean transitioned seamlessly into the nautical field in 2005. His journey commenced as a marina manager in Novigrad, Croatia, where he honed his expertise while fostering relationships with boat owners, captains, and service companies. Notably, he collaborated closely with Mennyacht Group, enriching his understanding of the sector’s nuances and demands.
Dean’s strength lies in his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to delivering unparalleled service. He thrives on tailoring solutions that exceed client expectations, leveraging his extensive industry experience and innate passion for excellence.

Ivan works closely with captains and crew to maintain seamless vessel operations and guarantee optimal performance at sea.

Lili joined the MennYacht team in 2023, bringing with her valuable experience from years in accounting. She handles various administrative tasks with great precision and resourcefulness.

Ines Zulian

Ines joined MennYacht in 2024, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the yachting industry. With a background in tourism, her journey began at Marina Portorož and continued through yacht brokerage before working on board a private yacht as a stewardess and deckhand.
This hands-on experience gave her a deep understanding of life at sea and the industry from multiple angles. Now at MennYacht, she’s expanding her expertise in yacht service.
In her free time, Ines enjoys traveling, psychology books, podcasts, and spending time outdoors. She’s also a fan of ball sports and local cuisine.
