Permare Amer 116

The 35 metre PerMare Amer 116 luxury motor yacht was built in GRP by Italian yard Permare to RINA class. Owned privately, with EU VAT already paid. She was delivered in 2009. and refitted in 2019., as well as in 2024/ 2025.
Accommodation is for up to 11 guests in 5 cabins: Master suite, located on Main Deck; three Double cabins and a Twin cabin with a Pullman berth, located on Lower deck. All cabins have full en suite bathroom facilities. Also, there is accommodation for 5 crew members (1 x Captain’s cabin and 2 x Twin crew cabin).

Refit in 2019.: -Installation of 2 x new generators Kohler -Installation of 4 x Humphree Stabilizers -Installation of 2 x Idromar Watermakers -Guest cabins increased with 5 more places (1 cabin – 3 x single beds and 1 cabin – 2 x places in double bed, with new toilet in each cabin) -New parquet in every room -Installation of exterior TV + new surround system (8 x speakers + 4 x Subwoofers) -Installation of exterior bar counter on flybridge with 2 x Baratta electric grills, electric plate, fridge, icemaker and sink -New living room layout with new 7-seater sofa, 70” TV and Sonos surround system (6 x speakers, soundbar and Subwoofer)

Refit in 2024/2025.: -New batteries – New navigation system FURUNO -New shaft bearings -Calibrated propellers -New Chain 200m -New 1x anchor – All cockpit cushions new – Elevator serviced – Sandblasted underwater part of the hull – Lacquered and sanded wooden interior -Installation of new Fridge in Galley
